GG Brands offers via its brands JewelCandle & OZOI, inventive scented products such as candles, diffusers, and essential oils that are loved by our customers in more than 8 European countries. Headquartered in Berlin, we are expanding very fast and therefore always looking for new highly motivated team members who share our vision, to disrupt the scented products industry and become a globally successful and renowned company.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to scale our Supply Chain team to our growth in Europe and organize production according to demand and our quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure that our products are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the generation of manufacturing orders and daily/weekly production schedules for the movement of materials through the production process following the master capacity and demand plans

• You communicate regularly with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams to make inventory decisions based on trends, inventory level goals and customer orders

• Track and plans inventories of key raw materials as required by our business and develops solutions to resolve any supply issues

• Plan and create production orders considering demand and lead times to optimize stock levels

• Generate Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and coordinate with Procurement Team and the Supply Chain Coordinator to secure materials for production orders, manage inventory including safety stock and shelf life

• You ensure MRP data maintenance and review MRP plan requirements to develop an approved supply plan for all material components.

• Establish and track KPI metrics to constantly adapt the production plan

• Identify where allocation decisions are needed using impact analysis with Materials, Manufacturing, and/or Program Management

• You run quarterly Excess & Obsolete inventory for reserves

Your Profile:  

• 3+ years of production planning experience in a related industry

• Completed University degree such as business administration, logistics, supply chain or a related field

• You are very comfortable with crunching numbers, creating KPI reports & analyzing them

• Proven data analytics experience. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel modeling

• Ability to document workflows, processes, and procedures

• Innovative problem-solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail

• Experienced in ERP systems

• Autonomous and well-structured in your work, you consider yourself as a doer

• Able to work under time pressure, you have a result-driven and hands-on attitude

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and partner with internal teams

• Full professional proficiency in English
