Description

 

Your tasks

  • Contact person for errors and problems relating to our IT systems (primarily 2nd level)
  • Ensuring smooth and secure IT operations
  • Fault analysis and clearance of IT system and network environments
  • Setup, installation, configuration and administration of IT systems
  • Documentation of the IT landscape, processes and working methods
  • Server administration in a virtual (XenServer) Windows server environment (Windows 2008 R2/2012 R2,2016)
  • Administration of network infrastructure and IT security (Cisco, Fortigate)
  • Planning and implementation of new hardware and software solutions as well as further development of the existing IT infrastructure

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector or relevant university degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience with IT background
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Client and Server (2008-2016), Office 365 virtualized on Citrix
  • Very good knowledge in the areas of AD, DNS, DHCP, LAN, VLAN, VPN, Office 365
  • Experiences in automated software distribution, Citrix XenServer, 3CX Voip-Pbx are desirable
  • Analytical-strategic approach and solution-oriented action
  • Independent and team-oriented working style as well as a distinct service and quality orientation
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is desirable
