WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will be responsible for processing daily incoming and outgoing SEPA payments in compliance with the money laundering law
  • You will be in charge of processing daily incoming and outgoing TARGET/SWIFT payments in compliance with the money laundering law
  • You will manage incoming and outgoing electronic call-back orders
  • You will be responsible for processing manual payment orders 
  • You will be in charge of managing “non-straight through processed” transactions and repair queues
  • You will execute MasterCard/Visa-Settlements
  • You will be responsible for the Bundesbank account / internal accounts and their reconciliation, incl. conduction of corresponding follow up research on open positions
  • You will manage follow up research requests and requests for information from third party banks
  • You will act as a point of contact for our second level support for customer inquiries regarding payment transactions
  • You will identify and handle errors in payment processing
  • You will actively develop new ideas for improvement and implement best practices
  • You will constantly optimize our processes, workflows and reports
  • You will proactively help to process escalation problems and report them to leading positions and to the management board
  • You will work on the development of OKRs and ensure their achievement
  • You will work closely together with stakeholders and proactively identify their needs in order to prioritize them 
  • You will break down team objectives into individual activities 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field 
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in Cash Management, Back Office or in operative analyst positions
  • Fintech as experience is a (big) plus
  • You are a team player with a strong "hands-on" mentality and problem-solving skills
  • You can collaborate with commercial teams as well as technical teams
  • You have excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail accompanied by being able to see the big picture
  • You have outstanding skills in data analysis and cause analysis
  • You have excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • You can work independently and effectively towards reaching qualitative results while being highly structured and organized
  • You are capable of managing and optimizing core processes independently from the beginning to the end  on the basis of agreed responsibilities and objectives
