We are a rapidly growing team of professionals, passionate about financial technology with a truly customer-centric approach. Backed by strategic investors, we are focused on developing an innovative fintech offering within the consumer banking space.


  • You will verificate KYC data transmitted by online providers ( e.g. WebID, IdNow)
  • You will be responsible for processing master data changes of customers
  • You will be in charge of account opening and closings
  • Your responsibilities also include the procession of exemption orders as well as the procession of third party bank information
  • You will collaborate with AFC Compliance regarding PEP and sanction lists
  • You will act as a point of contact for our second level support for customer inquiries about accounts
  • You will check the data quality and cooperate with regulatory reporting (Meldewesen)
  • You will carry out address researching 
  • You will be responsible for the processing of annual informational mailings, respectively for the Deposit Guarantee Fund
  • You will contribute to the preparation of the annual balance confirmation and delivery
  • You will actively take part in developing ideas for improvements and implementing solutions
  • You will actively participate in improving processes, workflows and reports
  • You will proactively help to process escalation problems and report them to leading positions and to the management board
  • You will work on the development of OKRs and ensure their achievement
  • You will work closely together with stakeholders and proactively identify their needs in order to prioritize them 
  • You will break down team objectives into individual activities 


  • You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field 
  • You have 2-3 years of working experience in a back office or operative analyst role or in any comparable position
  • Fintech as experience is a (big) plus
  • You are a team player with a strong "hands-on" mentality and problem-solving skills
  • You have deep SCHUFA knowledge
  • You can collaborate with commercial teams as well as technical teams
  • You have excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail accompanied by being able to see the big picture
  • You have outstanding skills in data analysis and cause analysis
  • You have excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • You can work independently and effectively towards reaching qualitative results while being highly structured and organized
  • You are capable of managing and optimizing core processes independently from the beginning to the end  on the basis of agreed responsibilities and objectives
