We’re now looking for a passionate Junior Recruiting Manager in Tech to help us develop and deliver impactful products.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the end to end lifecycle of our entire recruitment process in Tech
  • Writing and posting job descriptions and managing our ATS (Workable)
  • Coordinating our applicants and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Leveraging the existing tech talent acquisition channels and identifying new platforms to find optimal candidates
  • Working alongside Hiring Managers from Engineering, Product, Data and IT departments to achieve the best results in finding and placing the right candidates
  • Deriving important KPIs and corresponding measures from your reporting to make our processes more efficient

Your Profile

  • Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or similar)
  • 1+ years of experience as a Junior Tech Recruiter in an in-house recruiting function, ideally in start-ups or in a hyper-growth company
  • Experience with G Suites is desirable
  • Proactive working style and excitement to drive projects and make them happen
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
  • Fluency in English, German skills are a plus
