With revenue more than tripling every year, we’re looking for a Revenue Ops to help our Chief Revenue Officer in managing this skyrocketing growth in a predictable way. Your mission will be to :

  • Manage the revenue plan and modeling of all revenue targets (pipeline, new MRR, activation, retention, upsell, NRR, per country, per channel, per sales people…)
  • Document and improve the revenue playbook and processes of all departments (sales, marketing, customer success, talent acquisition, product…), and ensure flawless daily execution
  • Work on a variety of revenue innovation projects : pricing optimization, sales variable compensation, customer activation, mid-market, upsell strategy…

Preferred experience

  • At least 2 years of successful experience in strategic consulting or revenue operations
  • Data-driven, rigorous, at ease with numbers and modeling
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team, especially with sales people
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • At ease in a B2B SaaS environment targeting SMBs
