We are looking for a Senior Brand Creative &amp; Designer interested in helping to solve healthcare's most pressing problem - staffing. As a part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in exploring new ways to engage nurses and doctors throughout Europe to use our platform. Your Role in our Team<ul> <li>Concepting, designing and scaling creative content for online and offline marketing channels (printed material, newsletters, social media, animated banners, onsite assets, and more)</li> <li>Demonstrating creative problem solving by ideating on &amp; beyond the brief</li> <li>Adhere to brand guidelines and standards, ensuring that they’re implemented properly across all channels</li> <li>Supporting and coaching junior members of the team</li> <li>Collaborating with internal teams and cross-functional partners to align on project goals, execution and analysis</li> </ul> Your Profile<ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative department</li> <li>A strong portfolio (Please submit a link to your online portfolio as part of your application.
