About the role
Full responsibility for our finance function from accounting to controlling and liquidity management
Taking care of our day-to-day finance operations (cash management / preparatory accounting)
Developing a modern and innovative finance function where you continuously develop and improve our processes
Preparation and compilation of KPIs and reporting for management and stakeholders
Coordination of monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with our tax advisors
Supporting the development of our controlling
Automation of processes wherever possible and implementation of supporting new tools
Close communication with our external tax advisors
Ensuring smooth financial processes
At least 5 years of professional experience in a generalist finance function
You have already worked in a dynamic and fast changing environment
You have already gained relevant experience in day-to-day finance operations
You have experience with DATEV systems and advanced MS Excel / Google Sheet skills
You think very analytically and work in a detail-oriented manner
You like to find pragmatic solutions and try new things easily
You are a true team player and have a proactive way of working
You like to work on greenfield projects and develop things from scratch
You are fluent in German and English
You are willing to travel 1-2 times per quarter to company and team meetings in Berlin or within Germany
You have your permanent residence in Germany or the EU
You will be working on a product with a strong vision and the purpose of creating a more sustainable future of mobility.
We work in an agile way and without many hierarchical levels. You will take on responsibility from day one and gain a comprehensive insight into a rapidly growing mobility start-up.
We work remotely 98% of the time and come together for off-site team events around once a quarter. Most often, this will be in the Berlin area as most colleagues are based here.
