What you&rsquo;ll do
Doctolib is hiring a Payroll Partner (x/f/m) for our German team. You will be responsible for payroll activities in our Finance department and you will take care of improving our ecosystem of Payroll tools and processes and contribute to the excellent employee experience of our German branch.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>You are the first point of contact for employees' questions regarding payroll calculations, internal policies and you are a strong business partner for our Doctolibers in Germany,</li>
<li>You will be responsible for the monthly end to end payroll process including coordination of payment process for salaries and statutory taxes,</li>
<li>You create Payroll relevant reports, statistics and presentations,</li>
<li>You will act as a Subject Matter Expert on our Payroll projects initiatives for Germany like change of payroll provider, time and attendance tool management, workday payroll interface.&nbsp;</li>

You could be our next team mate if you:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Have already gained 3-6 years of experience in Payroll roles in an international environment,</li>
<li>Have the know-how to answer all labor law questions safely and independently,</li>
<li>Are enthusiastic in participating in transformation projects and continuous improvements of our processes with our HRIS tools (e.g. Workday),</li>
<li>Are characterized by a high level of organizational skills and a solution as well as service orientation,</li>
<li>Have excellent communication skills in English.</li>
</ul>

<li>Have previously worked in a digital and rapidly growing company,&nbsp;</li>
<li>Have excellent communication skills in German</li>
<li>Are comfortable working in international company and Team with relatively new organization,</li>
<li>Are used to it and enjoy designing and optimizing your own processes,</li>
<li>Have a data driving working approach and have already worked with KPIs.</li>
