What you&rsquo;ll do
You will be part of The Global Technical Services team, which is the center of Doctolib&rsquo;s ecosystem. The team is present in several locations (France, Germany, Italy). More than 90 tech contributors are composing the team which combines Technical, Data and IT teams.
You can expect to work with both our Customer Services &amp; Tech teams (Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers&hellip;) on a daily basis to transform our Tech assets into a service to our customers.
This is a permanent position.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Manipulate medical data exported from various different sources into a format suitable for import into Doctolib</li>
<li>Explore and document procedures to export medical data from third-party software</li>
<li>Provide support for the installation of Doctolib products and the deployment of connection tools to third-party software</li>
<li>Provide product and technical expertise to clients and internal teams</li>
<li>Eventually evolve into a more support-oriented role</li>

at you'll do
As a Senior FinOps engineer, your day to day task includes developing the vision of FinOps practices at Doctolib, driving FinOps initiatives across the organization, managing the hosting budget tracking, identifying potential savings opportunities, conducting hosting cost reviews with various stakeholders to make sure we are staying under the agreed budget.
Detailed responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Develop the vision for FinsOps practices at Doctolib and the roadmap to achieve it;</li>
<li>Drive FinOps cost management and cost optimization initiatives across Doctolib;</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the cloud spend against the agreed budget thresholds;</li>
<li>Own the process for detecting cloud spend anomalies and perform detailed analysis of the overspend, savings, to reflect it on the cloud budgets;</li>
<li>Work with different personas of the company such as FP&amp;A, engineering stakeholders and leadership executives to ensure cost visibility at various levels;</li>
<li>Own the existing Finops modelization process, including creating, updating and challenging the forecasting models;</li>
<li>Work with Engineering teams on identifying the cloud wastages and highlight the new potential savings opportunities;</li>
<li>Work with FP&amp;A and participate in the company budgeting and forecasting process;</li>
<li>Analyze and Manage the new RI&rsquo;s / Savings plan renewal or purchase to lower the on-demand spend for the eligible cloud services.</li>
</ul>
Who you are 
<ul>
<li>You have 2+ years of FinOps experience and 5+ years of relevant industry experience;</li>
<li>You got a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering;</li>
<li>You have experience working with AWS (or equivalent) cost explorer, anomalies detection, budgets;</li>
<li>You are proficient in SQL, Google Sheets (or) Microsoft Excel;</li>
<li>You have a sound english level: oral, written and presentation skills;</li>
<li>You are excellent in out of box thinking and analytics mindset.</li>
</ul>
Also, it would be fantastic if you:

<li>Have good proficiency with Javascript</li>
</ul>
