We are seeking passionate Software Engineers who will deliver an exceptional learning experience as an Instructor for students seeking to build a career in tech.
Our Instructors will inspire, teach, and equip a group of students with the skills and knowledge necessary for starting a career as software developers.
Masterschool will provide the learning materials and guidance, and you will take full ownership of teaching complete units of our curriculum, ensuring that students are equipped with the knowledge and skills for their next role.
 
Key Responsibilities

 <li>Continuous Improvement: Collaborate in curriculum development and refinement based on student feedback and industry trends to ensure relevancy and effectiveness.</li>
 <li>Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest developments in yourfield to ensure the instruction is current and industry-aligned.</li>

Salary

About the Role
We seek passionate Cybersecurity professionals who will deliver an exceptional learning experience for students seeking to build a career in cybersecurity. Our content creators will spearhead critical parts of our curriculum, helping thousands of students with no prior experience to start a career in IT and cyber security. This is a part-time role as a freelancer.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
 <li>Instructional Delivery: Create high-quality and dynamic live sessions focused on core Cybersecurity subjects and Generative AI for Cybersecurity. You will take full ownership of creating complete courses, ensuring that students have the knowledge and skills for their next role.</li>
 <li>Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest developments in your field to ensure the instruction is current and industry-aligned.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
Must-haves:
<ul>
 <li>Knowledge in AI and machine learning for cybersecurity</li>
 <li>2+ years of Python programming experience</li>
 <li>One of the following certifications, or equivalent:</li>
 <li>CompTIA A+</li>
 <li>CompTIA Security+</li>
 <li>CompTIA Network+</li>
 <li>Cisco CCNA</li>
 <li>Azure AZ-104</li>
 <li>CISM</li>
 <li>GIAC Certifications</li>
 <li>2+ years of industry experience as a SOC/Security Analyst, Cyber Security Engineer, GRC Specialist, Cloud Security Engineer, or equivalent.</li>
 <li>Proven teaching experience.</li>
 <li>Outstanding communication skills and willingness to help students problem-solve.</li>
</ul>
Nice-to-haves:
<ul>
 <li>Prior experience as a Cybersecurity Instructor (Bootcamp or University).</li>

 <li>1+ years of teaching experience</li>
 <li>Proficiency in Spreadsheets, Tableau, SQL, Statistics (descriptive and inferential), Business Domain Knowledge, Data Storytelling.</li>
 <li>Proficiency either in Data Science or BI.</li>
 <li>For Data Science, proficiency in Probability, Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Time Series, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, MLOps, Cloud.</li>
 <li>For BI, proficiency in BI processes and tools, such as DBT.</li>
 <li>Outstanding communication and people skills.</li>
 <li>A desire to teach, help students problem-solve, and help others reach their professional goals.</li>
</ul>
Nice-to-haves:
<ul>
 <li>1+ year of managerial experience</li>
 <li>Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.</li>
 <li>Prior experience with hiring junior Data Analytics roles.</li>
